They are a small independent tour company operated by Darren and Jane Rippingale, two passionate locals who founded and run the business. With years of local experience, the couple prides themselves on delivering unique and memorable experiences that showcase their home’s beauty and cultural richness.

Big Aroha Tours didn’t have a clear identity. With no distinctive branding or impactful digital whare, there was no alignment between Darren and Jane’s passion for their island and their business. Nothing that tethered the two together. Nothing that made a statement or served as a symbol to draw island travellers to them.

We knew that nailing this project required a journey within, so we took Darren and Jane on a discovery mission, inviting them to unlock the heart and soul of their business and their core values and explore what Big Aroha Tours represents.
